looking for a schedule? what works for you?


At beyond pilates, our pilates mat and small group reformer class are by reservation only. We develop classes and workouts based around your work and life schedule. clients are placed into a plan that best fits their fitness goals, pilates level, workout style, schedule, budget and lifestyle. we continue to modify and shape your plan to fit your changing needs as your relationship with us grows and changes. our clients find this approach valuable and effective, as many have seen amazing results and built relationships with us that last years.


here, you won't find class listings like a yoga or dance studio for newcomers to just jump in. instead, we either start newcomers in personal sessions or as a group at a similar level to start. our classes meet from week to week with slight variances in schedule based on the requests and the needs of our clientele.


classes will generally be scheduled between the hours of 5pm and 8pm for evening classes, and 12pm and 2pm for daytime classes. early morning classes, classes that start after 8pm or on weekends may be added based on demand or when requested and reserved by a full group of four, in the case of reformer classes.

Monday – Thursday 7:00 am – 10:00 pm
Friday 7:00 am – 9:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday Hours by appointment only.

a word about scheduling...

we endeavor to create an experience tailored to both clients' schedules as well as their and skill levels. at times, we will make concessions to prioritize either schedule requests or the level of the client. there will be times that classes are not held due to low registration.

the staff of Beyond Pilates will work to collect all necessary information from each of the class registrants, either by phone or preferably by email. after collecting class schedule requests from all registered attendees we then send out either confirmations or announcements of class spaces remaining for the coming week.
